Joshua David O'Brien, O.M.
Joshua is the principal of Meditation Science and founder of the Mindfulness Community of Central Pennsylvania. Specializing in mindfulness-based interventions for chronic-pain management, stress reduction, and parenting challenges, he brings to his work almost 16 years of continuous personal practice in mindfulness and meditation disciplines.
Joshua teaches a contemporary and research-based meditation program in a variety of venues including health and wellness centers, psychiatric facilities, and physician referred pain-management programs and is a registered provider of mindfulness-based services for the State of Pennsylvania.
His passion lies in promoting personal growth, transformation, and inner-health. Through ongoing weekly classes, individualized training programs, workshops, and staff-development programs he has helped hundreds come home to themselves and reconnect with their innate capacity for wholeness, wellbeing, and emotional freedom.
